Payment
Invoices are attached to all registrations upon completion.
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), Cheque or EFT transfer.

Credit Cards: A 1.5% credit card surcharge will apply to transactions using your credit card. 
EFTs: If paying by EFT and EFT remit form will be attached to your confirmation letter.

Super Early Bird payments are due by 15 July and Early Bird by 2 September. 
If payment isn't received by the cut off dates your registration will be updated and invoiced for the next fee type.
