19th International Cities, Town Centres & Communities Conference
The International Cities, Town Centres and Communities (ICTC) Society would like to express their thanks to the participants of
the 19th ICTC Conference - Transformative Cities, held at The Ville Resort, Townsville, North Queensland from 23 to 25 October 2019.
The ICTC Conference brought together a diverse cross-section of city leaders and urban place professionals to discuss, interact,
workshop and showcase best practice, learn from one another and experience first-hand the challenges and opportunities.
The focus for the 2019 Conference was Transformative Cities: Innovative, Connected and Resilient and how we get
the balance right with the people, connections and communities to ensure our places are great to live, work, play and visit.

As Mayor of the city of Townsville, I am delighted to welcome you to our beautiful city as the destination of the 2019 International Cities, Towns Centres and Communities Conference.
